About this Role
The Program Coordinator will oversee educational initiatives, foster local partnerships, and support community engagement. This role requires both strategic planning and on-the-ground coordination to ensure our programs are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with our mission. You'll work with a passionate team, building relationships with local stakeholders, monitoring progress, and making real-time adjustments to meet community needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program coordination, community development, or educational projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse communities and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
Responsibility
- Execute and monitor educational initiatives in partnership with local communities.
- Build strong relationships with community leaders, teachers, and students to foster trust and collaboration.
- Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project resources, including scheduling, budgeting, and liaising with the finance team.
- Provide support and guidance to field staff, ensuring program goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Gather feedback from program participants to make ongoing adjustments that improve program outcomes.
