As an Education Specialist with UWS, I am dedicated to enhancing educational quality and inclusivity, particularly at the basic level in underserved communities. With over a decade of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and educational assessments, I bring a comprehensive approach to improving student outcomes. My expertise includes creating competency-based curricula, delivering capacity-building workshops, and managing large-scale education initiatives. Recently, I supported UWS to design a teacher training program that will drive positive change in the classroom through multiple strategies  to mitigate learning loss in Nepal. Outside of work, I am passionate about community engagement, believing that strong educational foundations can drive meaningful change across society.
