Classroom Placement and Leadership Development
UWS Nepal Teaching Fellows dedicate themselves to helping underprivileged and marginalized children for two years. They are assigned to a UWS school to equip students with skills that can lead them to their personal goals. The Leadership Development Journey of UWS revolves around four main areas: Personal Development, Community Transformation, Collective Action, and Educational Equity. Through this journey, Fellows will gain practical leadership experiences while teaching and engaging with the community, and improve their professional and life skills.
