Position: Public Relations Associate
Duty Station: UWS Nepal Office, Kathmandu
Work Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week
Reports to: Senior Management Team (SMT)
Role Summary:
The Public Relations Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Major Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Maintain the Senior Management Team (SMT) calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel.
- Assist in the works of the Programs, Communications, M&E, and Education teams.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Senior Management Team (SMT), employees, and stakeholders.
- Assist the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Communications team in the development of presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in communication, journalism, development studies, or related social sciences or discipline. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
