As a Transition Officer, I help schools embark on a transformative journey toward sustainable growth and quality education. I work with schools supported by UWS Nepal under a five-year agreement to strengthen educational standards, guiding their transition back to community ownership. My focus is on ensuring these improvements are sustained through the leadership of local governments and communities.

I am passionate about building strong partnerships with local governments, mobilizing resources, and encouraging parents to play an active role in advancing education. By fostering local ownership and collective effort, I aim to help these schools thrive and create a lasting impact on rural education.
