UWS Nepal builds safe and robust school infrastructure in remote communities. We have constructed 72 earthquake-resistant child-friendly schools that include school buildings, gender-friendly universal access WASH facilities, and playgrounds in impoverished areas of Nepal.
UWS Construction model boasts its community participatory approach in which locally available material and human resources are capitalized during the construction process. Our schools are reinforced concrete framed single-story buildings with brick walls and CGI roofs. The number of classrooms in a school varies from 6 to 12 based on the need of the particular community.
