Building Sustainable Communities in Rural Nepal.
The Sustainable Development Goals emphasise the need for community-driven solutions in rural education, especially in skill development and vocational training to enhance self-sufficiency and economic stability.* By involving communities in the educational process and offering support beyond the classroom—such as extracurricular activities and health education—we empower them to achieve self-sustainability, creating a collaborative environment that benefits all.

Equitable Access
Access to education in rural Nepal is severely unequal, with only 55% of children enrolled in early childhood education and alarmingly high dropout rates, particularly among girls in secondary school, due to geographical, cultural, and financial barriers*.
Quality Education
In rural Nepal, approximately 50% of students fail to meet academic standards in Nepali, English and Mathematics, revealing significant challenges in teacher quality and training*.
