I am Chandika Karki from Dharmadevi Municipality-2, Sankhuwasabha. I have been working as a School Mobilizer at UWS for the past 18 months, overseeing five schools across Dharmadevi, Chainpur, and Madi municipalities. Prior to this, I spent five years with UWS as a Community Teacher, where I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with children and sharing knowledge. This experience fueled my passion for improving education in geographically and educationally disadvantaged areas, leading me to transition into the role of School Mobilizer to drive meaningful change in education.
