I am the 7th cohort fellow at UWS Nepal organization. I resemble myself as a fellow teacher at UWS school passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment and qualitative skills while engaging all the students and local people. I work collaboratively with government teachers to enhance basic teaching practices and skill, learning creative materials and actively involve them with the community by conducting parents meetings, home visiting and staff meetings having positive concerns,care and strategy.

Being focused on continuous learning improvement, I do much care on the low attending students, regular school planning meetings, support school activities and focus on aiming for meaningful school improvements.
