I work as a School Mobilizer at UWS Nepal, where I have the privilege of collaborating with teachers, young children, parents, and the wider community. Growing up in a disadvantaged family in rural Bhojpur taught me invaluable lessons about the significance of education, family well-being, and overcoming financial hardships. This background allows me to deeply connect with students studying in government schools.

My role involves mobilizing the active participation of parents, students, and teachers to enhance the school environment. I also see immense opportunities to learn and implement new approaches from experienced educators who are dedicated to advancing the quality of government school education.I genuinely enjoy my professional work and take great pleasure in exploring and discovering more about myself in the process.
