Krisha Shakya is a seasoned development professional with a strong background in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL). With extensive experience in designing and implementing MEAL frameworks, she specializes in ensuring data-driven decision-making to enhance program efficiency and impact. Her expertise spans a range of sectors, including education, sustainability, economic development, and international relations. She is adept at using data visualization and analysis to present actionable insights, ensuring that program outcomes align with organizational and donor priorities. Beyond her technical skills, Krisha is highly experienced in training and capacity-building, having supported teams in adopting innovative data collection tools and methodologies. As a MEAL Lead, Krisha is passionate about promoting accountability and learning within organizations, driving continuous improvement, and delivering measurable results to create sustainable change. Krisha Shakya holds an MSc in International Affairs & Global Enterprise from the University of Utah, USA and a MA in Development Studies from Kathmandu University, Nepal. She is also the recipient of the Nepal Bidhya Bhusan Padak Award 2018, Earl and Elies Skidmore Endowed Graduate Fellowship 2020, and Martin H. Hiatt Endowed Scholarship 2020.
